To Create or Add an Item Set

From the Primary Tools toolbox, click the Item Sets icon.
In the Item Sets dialog list box, right-click and select New from the menu.
A new item set entry is added in the list box.
(Optional) Change the Name, Description, Priority, Display, Color, and Transparency as needed.
Click the Search for Items icon.

The Item Set Search dialog opens.
Do one of the following:

Set up the search criteria for the items you want to include in the item set.

or
Use File > Open to open an already saved query.
When the search is complete, click OK to close the Item Set Search dialog.
The Elements column displays the number of elements in the item set.
